Kara Law was founded by Stavros Karageorgiou, Esq., to bridge the gap between construction and the law.
With over 15 years of experience managing multimillion-dollar projects and nearly a decade practicing in leading New York law firms, Stavros brings a unique perspective few attorneys can match.
Before founding Kara Law, Stavros worked at a national law firm in their Construction, Real Estate, and White Collar/Monitorship practices representing developers, contractors, and design professionals in high-stakes disputes, negotiations, M&A, and structured finance transactions.
He also spent years on the ground as a Certified Construction Manager and Licensed Master Electrician, overseeing complex infrastructure projects.
This dual background shapes Kara Law’s mission: to deliver practical, business-minded legal solutions that protect clients and advance their goals.
